Hourly billing

Cloud VPS is billed by the hour, capped at the monthly price. A server that runs for 100 hours on the Growth plan costs 100/730 of $12, not the full month.

Stopped servers still reserve their disk and continue to bill. Destroy the server to stop compute and disk charges.

Invoices and receipts

Invoices are issued on the first of each month for the previous month's usage. Every successful payment triggers a receipt by email. You can download invoices from Billing → Invoices.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you do not lose capacity mid-month. Annual plans can be upgraded at any time; downgrades apply at renewal.

Taxes

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Add your tax ID and billing address before checkout so the invoice is correct. We do not provide tax advice; check with your accountant.

Refunds

If a service does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Domain registrations and fees paid to registries are generally non-refundable.

Cancelling

Cancel from the console at any time. Cloud VPS stops billing when destroyed. Shared hosting and domains remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not require a phone call or a retention conversation.
