Small team. Real ownership. No ticket theatre.

We are hiring engineers who like boring infrastructure and writers who can explain it. Remote-first, with overlap in EU and Gulf time zones.

How we work

We are deliberately small. Everyone owns a surface end to end: design, build, document, support. There is no handoff to a platform team that never answers, and no separation between the people who ship and the people who get paged.

We write things down. Decisions live in documents, not in someone's memory of a call. We review each other's work directly and try to be useful rather than polite.

What we offer

  • Remote-first with flexible hours and a real overlap window.
  • Hardware and a workspace budget.
  • Paid time off, local public holidays, and a quiet week at the end of the year.
  • Conference and learning budget, no approval maze.
  • Direct access to customers and the product decisions they affect.

Hiring process

Send a short note and something you have built or written. If there is a fit, we do two conversations and a paid practical exercise. No whiteboard trivia, no eight-round marathon.

Roles in detail

What the work actually looks like.

Infrastructure Engineer

Own compute, storage or networking. Write the automation, run the incident review, improve the runbook. You should be comfortable with Linux, Go or Python, and at least one of KVM, BGP or distributed storage.

Support Engineer

Answer technical tickets with real answers. Debug networking, DNS, SSH and backups. Turn repeated questions into documentation. You need patience, strong Linux fundamentals and clear writing.

Technical Writer

Make the docs the best part of the product. Test every command, chase every inconsistency, and write for an engineer who is already frustrated. Contract with a path to full-time.
